published)
A business site: www.tompeters.com
If you like the Tom Peter’s site, I can contact Halley Suitt as she is
instrumental in keeping content alive. She can probably outine the specific
tools they use. Oh, you might like her site:
http://halleyscomment.blogspot.com/ (syndicated, but remains on blogspot.
this is the server on which blogger places your account.)
We could even entertain the idea of creating a faux blogger site and add
content so that you could see how interactive this is and gain immediete
results.
[See the lynda.com blogger exercise for more context.]

So, with all that, why are we using Wordpress (www.wordpress.org)? Well, it’s a free add on for any website that already has PHP and MySQL (which RTPnet provides for NCWU and Dreamhost.com provides for the ncwu.sgtst.com). And, as they say at Wordpress the installation is “dead simple”. For Dreamhost, it’s listed as a “one-click” install.
I haven’t found a feature comparison matrix — will be looking for one at some point, once I’ve a sense of what features are important to NCWU (and other clients).
